摘 要:目的探讨基地联合下的住院医师规范化培训结业理论联考的意义。方法选取参加2019年大连大学附属中山医院上半年住院医师规范化培训结业考核的住院医师作为研究对象,应用在线考试系统对住院医师进行理论模拟考核。对联考成绩、年度业务水平测试、结业成绩进行分析及满意度调查,并对"结对子"联合医院结业通过率进行对比分析。结果理论联考成绩及格率整体呈上升趋势,2019年结业通过率(100.00%)显著高于2018年度业务水平测试通过率(67.92%),且联合体医院的结业通过率整体也呈现上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。住院医师对理论联考的认识及支持率也显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。在满意度方面,通过结业前理论联考强化学习,住院医师获得感及满意度有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论结业理论联考构建了一个综合性平台,形成"住培办-专业基地管理人员-住院医师"的有效串联和资源共享的通路,进一步提升参与者对理论学习的认知,提高结业通过率。ObjectiveTo explore the significance of graduation examination of resident physicians in a hospital association.MethodsStu-dents who had taken the graduation test of standardized training for resident physicians in the first half of the year at the Affiliated Zhongs-han Hospital of Dalian University in 2019 were selected as subjects. The results of the hospital joint examination,annual competence as-sessment and graduation examination as well as the levels of satisfaction were analyzed. Meanwhile,the pass rate of united hospitals wascalculated.ResultsThe overall pass rate of the joint examination of our hospital was on the rise. The pass rate of graduation in 2019(100. 00%)was significantly higher than that of the proficiency test in 2018(67. 92%). In addition,the completion rate of hospitals inthis association also trended up,with statistically significant difference(P= 0. 000). The students’ understanding of and support for thetheoretical joint examination also increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0. 000). In terms of satisfactionwith training quality,students’ sense of achievement and levels of satisfaction were improved after the joint examination by strengtheningtheoretical study before graduation,and the difference was statistically significant(P= 0. 040).ConclusionThe joint examination hasserved as a comprehensive platform for resource pooling between the training office, professional base management personnel, and residen-cy physicians. This approach can further improve students’ awareness of theoretical learning and elevate the pass rate.
