摘 要:在"农村教师专业发展"建设过程中,专业化农村教师培训一直以来受到教育界特别是教师教育研究专家们的高度重视。但对于专业化农村教师培训的内涵却语焉不详。为此需要深刻认识专业化农村教师培训内涵、准确理解其基本特征,以整体观为引擎,在现有的培训体系中植入专业的基因和元素,促进专业化农村教师培训繁荣发展。In the process of constructing“the professional development of rural teachers”,specialized rural teacher training has been highly valued by the education circle especially by research experts of teacher education;however,they don’t give it very clear connotation.Therefore,it is necessary to have a deep and accurate understanding of its connotation and basic characteristics.For better promoting the specialized development of rural teacher training,it is necessary to take the holistic view as the engine,and adding genes and elements into existing training systems.
