摘　　要：该文受2018年全国大学生数学竞赛决赛第五题的启发,对任意k个约束条件下的二次型的条件极值问题展开研究并给出了极值.Inspired by the fifth question in the final round of the 2018 Mathematics competition of Chinese Colleges,this paper studies the conditional extremum of a quadratic form with any finite constraints and yields a solution.
