摘  要:作为舶来品的学业导师制在我国多数高校出现“水土不服”的症状,学者普遍认为其多重“病因”系文化冲突、师生比超标、评价与激励机制建设滞后等。基于任职高校所在院系多年学业导师制实践,探索性开出弱化“水土不服”、强化学业导师制成效的新“处方”,即遴选思想政治过硬、自身方向明确、时间精力充裕、应用能力达标、路径设计科学的高质量师资,组建学业导师库,构建学业导师的双选机制,辅之于成效评价、激励办法等配套机制。As a foreign product,the academic tutor system appears the symptom of"unacclimatization"in most universities of our country.Scholars generally believe that its multiple"causes"are related to cultural conflicts,over standard ratio of teachers and students,the lag of evaluation and incentive mechanism construction.Based on the years of practice,new prescriptions is found which can weaken the"unacceptable nature"and strengthen the effectiveness of chemical industry tutors:to select high-quality teachers with strong ideology and politics,to clear personal positioning with to sufficient time and energy,application ability up to standards,and scientific path design;to build academic tutor pool;to build tutor double selection mechanism,thus forming a complementary relationship with supporting mechanisms such as effectiveness evaluation and incentive methods.
