摘 要:目的研究新型教学工具"雨课堂"联合CBL教学法在儿科临床见习中的应用效果。方法选取2016级临床专业的140名学生,随机分为2组,一组为对照组,一组为研究组,每组70名学生。对照组,采用传统教学模式,研究组,在教学中应用新型教学工具"雨课堂"联合CBL教学法,两组学生见习结束均完成作业及参加测验,比较教学质量及学生的满意度。结果研究组成绩明显优于对照组(P <0.05);比较学生的满意度,研究组为95.71%(67/70),对照组为84.29%(59/70),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在儿科临床见习中,运用新型教学工具"雨课堂"联合CBL教学法,可提高教学质量,增加师生之间互动,提高学生对教学的满意程度。Objective To explore the effect of the new teaching tool-rain classroom-combined with CBL teaching method in pediatric clinical probation.Methods 140 clinical students of grade 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,one group was the control group and the other group was the experimental group,and each group included 70 students.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,and the new teaching tool-rain classroom-combined with CBL teaching method were applied in the experimental group.To compare the quality of teaching and students'satisfaction,all the students completed the homework and took the examination at the end of the internship.Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the students'satisfaction,the experimental group was 95.71%(67/70)and the control group was 84.29%(59/70),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric clinical probation,the new teaching tool-rain classroom-combined with CBL teaching method can improve the teaching quality,increase the interaction between teachers and students,and improve the students'satisfaction of teaching.
