摘  要:幼儿园教师专业规划主要是指教师根据自身发展需要和所处幼儿园社会文化环境,结合幼儿园教师专业标准确立专业发展目标的过程。合理的幼儿园教师专业发展规划能够促进幼儿园教师自身发展、稳定教师队伍、提高学前教育质量,从根本上促进儿童健康成长。幼儿园教师专业发展规划须结合《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》基本要求的规定进行自我反思,自我剖析,根据自身的优势和不足及所处的发展阶段,分析所处的工作环境,制定“渐进式”的发展规划目标,并分阶段设计实施策略,不断地反思、调整、总结,从而在专业上得到发展。The professional planning of kindergarten teachers mainly refers to the process that teachers establish professional development goals based on their own development needs and the social and cultural environment of the kindergarten,combined with the professional standards of kindergarten teachers.A reasonable professional development plan for kindergarten teachers can promote the development of kindergarten teachers,stabilize the teaching team,improve the quality of preschool education,and fundamentally promote the healthy growth of children.The professional development plan for kindergarten teachers must conduct self-reflection and self-analysis in accordance with the basic requirements of the“Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)”,analyze the working environment according to their own strengths and weaknesses and the stage of development,and formulate the“gradual progress”development planning goal,and design and implement strategies in stages,continuously reflecting,adjusting,and summarizing,so as to achieve professional development.
