摘 要:为适应高等教育教学改革,单一教学法已满足不了现代教学模式发展的需求,于是混合教学法进入到了不同层次的医学教育中。《医学免疫学》作为一门必修的医学基础课程,其知识点抽象而晦涩,既增加了教师授课的难度,也使学生感到难以理解和掌握。然而免疫学教学要满足从夜大专科、全日制本科到硕士研究生不同层次的需要,这就对传统教学方法的改进提出了进一步的要求。文章探讨了将传统教学法(LBL)和案例教学法(CBL),以及对分易和雨课堂辅助手段在不同层次的《医学免疫学》教学中进行合理运用,在提升教学效果的同时,还使各种教学法相得益彰。In order to adapt to the innovation of higher education, the single teaching method can not meet the needs of the development of modern teaching mode,so blended teaching has become one part of medical education in different levels. As a compulsory basic course of medicine, medical immunology is abstract and obscure, which not only increases the difficulty of teaching by teachers, but also makes students feel difficult to understand and master. However, the teaching of immunology should meet the needs of different levels from premedical undergraduate, undergraduate to postgraduate students, which puts forward further requirements for the improvement of traditional teaching methods. We explore the reasonable teaching methods and auxiliary methods in the teaching of medical immunology to different levels of students, which will helpful to improve the teaching effect and make blended teaching and auxiliary methods complement each other.
