摘　　要：医学研究生的教育是培养高层次卫生人才的主要途径之一。我国目前医学研究生学位类型分为两种:"医学科学学位"和"医学专业学位"。普外科专业研究生的培养目标是培养出专业技能过硬和具有科研素质和创新精神的普外科医生。通过分析学校普外科专业研究生培养过程中影响临床技能和科研素养提升的因素,探讨促进两者均衡发展的有效方法以及今后普外科专业研究生的培养方向,制定多元化专业理论与技能培养计划、充分利用导师的直接指导及现代网络信息化办公教学,搭建科研平台积极鼓励普通外科专业研究生参与科研,努力提高普通外科专业研究生临床技能及科研创新思维水平。Graduate education and training is the main way to cultivate high-level talents.At present,the types of medical graduate degree in China are divided into"Medical Science Degree"and"medical professional degree".The training goal of Postgraduates of general surgery is to cultivate general surgeons with excellent professional skills,scientific research quality and innovative spirit.Based on the analysis of the factors restricting the development of clinical skills and scientific research ability in the training process of postgraduates majoring in general surgery in our university,this paper discusses the effective methods to promote the balanced development of the two and the training direction of postgraduates majoring in general surgery,formulates a diversified professional theory and skill training plan,makes full use of the direct guidance of tutors and modern network information office teaching,and builds a scientific research platform We will encourage postgraduates majoring in general surgery to participate in scientific research and strive to improve their clinical skills and innovative thinking in scientific research.
