摘　　要：中青年教师是高校的中流砥柱,整体上热爱教学,乐于贡献。目前还存在的不良行为有政治思想修养不高、教育教学行为功利化、教学工作无原则和不严谨、为人师表不够、隐蔽的学术不端行为屡禁不止、与受教者关系不纯洁等。思想道德建设,教师自身应不忘初心,教育部门和高校应将民主法治落到实处,社会应营造良好大环境及全面提升国民道德素质。Young and middle-aged teachers are the mainstay of colleges and universities,they love teaching and willing to contribute generally.Bad behavior still exists,such as political and ideological accomplishment is not high,utilitarianism lies in educational teaching behavior,teaching is unprincipled and lax,to be a model is not enough,covert academic misconduction continues,relationships with the educated are impure,etc.Ideological and moral construction requires that teachers themselves should not forget the original intention,education departments and universities should put democracy and rule of law into practice,the society should create a good environment and improve the moral standards of the people comprehensively.
