摘  要:我国高职院校实施混合所有制办学改革,通过高职院校治理结构的调整、教学资源的融合、利益分配机制的完善等方式,建立起一系列全新的高职院校混合所有制办学模式。这些模式可以进一步激发市场活力,吸引社会资源投入职业教育办学领域,减轻国家教育管理部门的负担,提高利益相关方对于高职教育办学的参与度,实现学校教育与市场需求的精准对接。在实施过程中,各高职院校必须从实际出发,全面认清自身在发展过程中的薄弱环节,因地制宜地选择混合模式,通过合理设计自身的治理结构,不断健全办学机制,进一步明确未来的办学定位、合理拓展融资渠道,实现办学资源的有效整合,全面提高教学质量和人才培养水平。China's higher vocational colleges implement the reform of mixed ownership,through the adjustment of the governance structure of higher vocational colleges,the integration of teaching resources,the improvement of the benefit distribution mechanism and other ways,to establish a series of new higher vocational colleges running mode of mixed ownership.These models can further stimulate market vitality,attract social resources to invest in the field of vocational education,reduce the burden of national education management departments,improve the participation of stakeholders in higher vocational education,and realize the accurate docking of school education and market demand.In the process of implementation,all higher vocational colleges must proceed from reality,fully recognize their own weak links in the process of development,choose the mixed mode according to local conditions,constantly improve the school running mechanism through reasonable design of their own governance structure,further clarify the future school running orientation,reasonably expand financing channels,realize the effective integration of school running resources,and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching and talent training.
