摘 要:目的了解大学生在外就餐的现状。方法本研究采用自编问卷调查法,抽取某医科大学本科生718人进行问卷调查。结果大部分学生(44.4%)的在外就餐频率为2~3次/月,其中女生在外就餐频率稍高于男生,生活费更高的学生在外就餐频率也更高。学生在外就餐的主要原因是朋友聚会,最受欢迎的就餐地点是火锅店。学生考虑在外就餐地点主要原因为食物的口味,较少学生考虑卫生条件和营养价值。大部分学生在外就餐时存在食用过量的现象,73.5%的学生在外就餐时喝饮料,肉类食物占在外就餐食物的一半以上。结论大学生在外就餐现象比较普遍,86.2%的学生通过网络途径了解营养知识,学校应采取措施吸引大学生在校就餐。Objective To explore the current situation of eating out of college students.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used and 718 undergraduates from a medical university were recruited to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results The frequency of eating out was 2-3 times/month among most of the students(44.4%), and the frequency of girls was slightly higher than that of the boys. The students who had more living expenses each month ate out more frequently. The main reason was to meet friends. The most popular place was the hot pot restaurant. The main reason for choosing restaurant was food taste, and fewer students considered the sanitary conditions and nutritional value. Most students ate too much while eating out, 73.5% of students drank beverages while eating out, and meat accounted for more than half of the food they ate.Conclusion It is common for college students to eat out, and 86.2% of students learn nutritional knowledge through various online channels. Universities should take measures to attract college students to eat in the canteen.
