摘  要:竞争对手情报被视为企业应对外部市场环境的关键资源而备受关注。基于此,探讨竞争者导向对服务创新绩效的潜在影响,并将知识整合、服务创新性和企业规模纳入研究模型,以检验其中可能存在的双重中介作用和调节作用。研究结果表明:竞争者导向正向影响知识整合、服务创新性和服务创新绩效;知识整合正向促进服务创新性与服务创新绩效;知识整合与服务创新性在竞争者导向与服务创新绩效之间起中介传导作用;企业规模显著负向调节竞争者导向与知识整合之间的关系。研究贡献在于清晰地揭示了竞争者导向作用于服务创新绩效的内部机制,从而为企业管理者提供理论指导及政策建议。Competitor intelligence is regarded as a key resource for companies to deal with the external market environment and has attracted much attention.Based on this,this paper explores the potential impact of competitor orientation on service innovation performance,and incorporates knowledge integration,service innovation,and company size into the research model to test the possible dual mediation and moderation effects.The research results show that:first,the competitor orientation positively affects knowledge integration,service innovation and service innovation performance;second,knowledge integration positively promotes service innovation and service innovation performance;third,knowledge integration and service innovation play an intermediary role between competitor orientation and service innovation performance;finally,company size significantly negatively regulates the relationship between competitor orientation and knowledge integration.The main contribution of this research is to clearly reveal the internal mechanism of the competitor-oriented effect on service innovation performance,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and policy recommendations for business managers.
