摘 要:"三进一融"是武汉交通职业学院创新的育人模式,其中,如何发挥思想导师在推进"三进一融"第二课堂中的思想引领作用,是极为重要的一环。目前思想导师在第二课堂育人工作中还存在一些问题,鉴于此,要加强对思想导师的培训、引导和鼓励,提升他们的使命感责任感;也要明确各方职责,加强交流,完善激励机制;更要提倡多元化的活动方式,设计出有灵魂、有趣味的活动,激发学生参与度的热情与积极性,使第二课堂育人活动具备深刻、持久的德育力量。“Three entries and one integration”is an innovative education model which has been conducted in the WHTCC.As an unprecedented exploration,how to play the role of ideological tutor in promoting this new model in the second class is very important.At present,there are several problems of educating in the second class,such as the unclear mission and duty of the second class,lacking of coordination with the overall planning of the school and the departments and the poor effect of the second class.Therefore,this paper provides the strategies to deal with this situation such as strengthening the training and encouragement of ideological tutor in order to enhance their sense of mission and responsibility,clarifying the responsibilities of all parties and promoting diversified activities.
