摘　　要：本文主要利用二次剩余理论和一类对称同余方程解的个数问题研究一类广义3维Kloosterman和4次均值的计算问题,并得到其精确的渐近公式.The main purpose of this paper is using the quadratic residue theory and the number of the solutions of one kind symmetry congruence equations to study the computational problem on one kind of fourth power mean of generalized 3-dimensional Kloosterman sums,and give a sharp asymptotic formula for it.
