摘 要:基础教育核心素养课程教学改革要求教师也要具备专业核心素养。文献梳理发现,教师专业核心素养在其素养内涵、制约因素、教学实践、素养培养等方面的研究比较全面,但还存在着研究肤浅、片面、不充分等问题。中国特色和学科视角的教师专业核心素养研究还有待深入。The teaching reform of basic education on core accomplishment course requires teachers to adapt to it and have professional core accomplishment.Through literature review,it is found that teachers'professional core accomplishment has been comprehensively studied in the aspects of their accomplishment connotation,restriction factors,teaching practice,and accomplishment cultivation,but there are still some problems of superficial,one-sided and insufficient research.The study of teachers'professional core quality from the perspective of Chinese characteristics and discipline needs to be further studied.
