医学院校临床教师教学能力提升研究——基于高校教师资格考试面试成绩的分析调查

摘　　要：高等学校教师资格考试面试是高校教师取得教师资格的必要环节。本文结合山东省高校教师资格考试面试工作对高校教师资格考试面试标准进行阐述,以济宁医学院临床教师在面试考试中的成绩为对象进行量化统计和质性访谈调查。最后,从发展性理念、保障机制、个性化培训、竞赛培养、考评体系等方面提出医学院校临床教师教学能力提升培养路径。The interview of teachers'qualification examination in universities is a necessary link for university teachers to obtain teachers'qualification.This paper illustrates the interview work of university teachers'qualification examination standard on the interview qualifications for universities teachers in Shandong province.The interview examination scores of clinical teachers in Jining Medical University are conducted for a quantitative statistics and qualitative interview investigation.Finally,the ways to improve the teaching ability of clinical teachers in medical universities are put forward from the aspects of developing idea,guarantee mechanism,personalized training,competition training and evaluation system.
