技工院校汽车专业理论实践一体化教学模式探究

摘  要:随着我国生产制造业的蓬勃发展,社会对于专业的技术人才需求量大增。而技工院校作为技术人才输送的主要教育机构,承担着非常重要的教育角色。汽车在我国日益普及,我国的人均汽车保有量不断上升,汽车专业的技术型人才未来就业前景是非常可观的。这就需要技工院校积极将理论和实践结合起来,进行一体化教学模式的探索,让学生在校期间既掌握汽车专业的理论知识,又能够通过实践,提高自己的专业技能。技工院校的学生由于年龄较小,发展还不够健全,最终导致技工院校在教学中难以达到最终的教学效果。因此,本文基于技工院校学生在参与一体化教学中出现的问题,针对性地对汽车专业理论实践一体化教学模式进行探究和优化。With the vigorous development of the manufacturing industry,the society's demand for professional technical personnel has increased greatly.As the main educational institution for the transportation of technical talents,technical colleges and universities play an important role in education.Automobiles are becoming more and more popular in our country,and China's per capita car ownership continues to rise.The future employment prospects of technical talents in the automotive industry are very impressive.This requires technical colleges to actively combine theory with practice and explore an integrated teaching model,so that students can master the theoretical knowledge of the automobile major during the school period,and can also improve their professional skills through practice.Because the students in technical colleges are young,their development is not sound enough,which ultimately makes it difficult for the technical colleges to achieve the final teaching effect in teaching.Therefore,based on the problems that students in technical colleges and universities encounter in participating in integrated teaching,this article explores and optimizes the integrated teaching mode of automotive theory and practice in a targeted manner.
