高职院校职业生涯教育体系建设的实践研究——以上海科学技术职业学院为例

摘　　要：高职阶段是学生职业生涯发展的抉择阶段,在高职院校开展职业生涯教育是培养高素质技术技能人才必不可少的重要环节。上海科学技术职业学院经过对职业生涯教育的长期探索与实践,形成了以服务学生职业生涯发展为目标、以职业生涯规划为重点、以课程教学为主渠道、以职业素养与就业创业指导为基本内容,理实一体,知行合一,具有综合性、实践性、开放性、针对性特点的职业生涯教育体系,提升了学生整体素质,促进了学生全面发展。Higher vocational education stage is the choice stage of students'career development.Carrying out career education in higher vocational colleges is an essential and important link to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.After long-term exploration and practice of students'vocational career education,a comprehensive,practical,open and targeted vocational career education system has been formed in Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology,which aims at serving students'career development,focuses on career planning,takes curriculum teaching as the main channel,and regards professional accomplishment and employment entrepreneurship guidance as the basic content.Adhering to the integration of theory and practice,and the unity of knowledge and practice,the career education system has improved the overall quality of students and promoted their all-round development.
