高职院校图书情报高职目标管理实践探索

摘　　要：高职院校有必要对图书情报工作实行目标管理。图书情报工作目标管理包括目标制定、目标实施、成果评价等基本步骤。黄冈职业技术学院从实施图书情报工作目标管理以来取得了明显效果,但也需要不断完善目标体系,优化数据收集,深入挖掘数据,加大宣传力度。It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to implement MBO for library and information service with some basic procedures including goal setting,goal implementation,achievement evaluation,and so on.Huanggang Polytechnic College has achieved obvious results since the implementation of management by objectives in library and information work,but it also needs to constantly improve the objective system,optimize data collection,mine data deeply and increase publicity efforts.
