摘 要:目的分析简易标准化患者教学在血液科临床见习中的应用效果,并对其应用价值予以评估。方法该次研究中的观察主体为医学院临床医学系的本科学生,均于该院血液科实习,按照入院时间的先后顺序,将2016级学生50名作为研究组,2017级学生50名作为对照组,前者利用简易标准化患者教学模式进行施教,后者利用传统教学模式进行施教,对比两组学生的学习效果。结果研究组学生的教学成绩(95.96±3.11)分与教学满意度评分(93.72±3.46)分与对照组学生进行对比,差异有统计学意义(t=6.543、11.592,P<0.001)。结论在血液科临床见习中应用简易标准化患者教学模式对学生进行施教,提高临床教学的效果,有利于培养高素质的医学人才,为医学生的临床见习打下坚实的基础。Objective To analyze the application effect of simple standardized patient teaching in clinical probation of hematology department,and evaluate its application value.Methods The subjects of observation in this study are undergraduate students from the Department of Clinical Medicine of the Medical College.They all practice in the Department of Hematology in the hospital.According to the order of admission time,50 students from the 2016 grade were used as the research group,and 50 students from the 2017 grade were used as the control group.The former used a simple standardized patient teaching model for teaching,and the latter used a traditional teaching model for teaching.The learning effects of the two groups of students were compared.Results The teaching score(95.96±3.11)points and the teaching satisfaction score(93.72±3.46)points of the students in the study group were compared with those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.543,11.592,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of simple standardized patient teaching mode in the clinical probation of hematology department to teach students and improve the effect of clinical teaching,which is conducive to cultivating high-quality medical talents and lays a solid foundation for the clinical probation of medical students.
