摘  要:对两组泸州老窖养生酒业有限责任公司的养生酒产品在三种温度条件下处理后,分别进行酒体外观稳定性观察、感官质量尝评和理化指标检测,并对实验现象和数据进行对比分析,结果表明,不同温度条件对养生酒货架期质量稳定性影响存在一定差异,相比于常温,低温条件对养生酒外观稳定性影响较大,高温条件对养生酒感官及理化影响较大。Two groups of health wine products of Luzhou Laojiao Health Wine Co.,Ltd.were treated under three temperature conditions,and then the stability of the wine body,sensory quality,physical and chemical indexes were tested,the results show that different temperature conditions have different effects on the shelf-life quality stability of health wine.Compared with normal temperature,low temperature conditions have greater effects on the appearance stability of health wine,the high temperature has a great influence on thesensory quality and physical chemistry of the health wine.
