摘  要:利用酸浸提法,从豆渣中提取水溶性大豆多糖,分别从固液比、pH值以及提取时间进行单因素试验,在此基础上对其提取工艺条件进行正交试验分析,并对各实验条件下获得的水溶性大豆多糖进行纯度及红外测定分析。结果表明:提取液pH为3.0、固液比为1∶25、提取时间为1.5 h时,提取率可达4%左右,纯度可达85%。The water-soluble soybean polysaccharides were extracted from soybean residue by using acid leaching method.Single-factor tests were conducted from the solid-liquid ratio,pH value and extraction time,and on this basis,the extraction process conditions were analyzed in orthogonal tests,and the water-soluble soybean polysaccharides obtained under each experimental condition were analyzed for purity and infrared determination.The results showed that the extraction solution pH was 3,the liquid to material ratio was 1:25,and the extraction time was 1.5 h.The extraction rate could reach about 4%and the purity was 85%.
