新工科背景下电气类专业创新创业人才培养研究

摘　　要：创新创业教育是新工科建设的一项重要内容,将创新创业教育融入专业教育是新工科背景下电气类专业改革和发展的新趋势。在新工科背景下,开展创新创业教育需要更新人才培养理念,将创新创业教育融入专业课程体系、育人平台、实践教学,建设创新创业教育跨领域联合的师资队伍,从而培养适应市场需求的创新创业人才。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of the new engineering construction.It is a new trend for the reform and development of electrical specialty under the background of new engineering to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education.In the context of new engineering courses,it is necessary to renew the concept of personnel training to carry out innovative and pioneering education,to integrate innovative and pioneering education into the professional curriculum system,education platform and practical teaching,and to build a cross-disciplinary team of teachers for innovative and pioneering education,in order to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents to meet the market demand.
