校企命运共同体的特征分析及构建探索——以京东·湘商学院为例

摘　　要：基于国内外现有研究与实践归纳出校企命运共同体的特征,并以长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院与京东集团合作成立的京东·湘商学院为例,从组织架构、投资边界划分、运营型项目孵化等三方面,阐述了构建校企命运共同体的实践和成效。Based on the existing research and practice of domestic and overseas,this paper puts forward the characteristics of school-enterprise fate community,and takes as an example Jingdong&Hunan Business College established by Changsha Commerce&Tourism College and Jingdong Group.This paper expounds the practice and effect of constructing the destiny community of schools and enterprises from three aspects:organizational structure,investment boundary division and operation project incubation.
