摘　　要：通过调查研究高等农林院校非气象专业的气象实验教学,笔者阐述了构建高等农林院校“气象实验动态教学资源库”的意义,并借鉴现有气象实验教学改革中的经验方法,结合现代信息技术和互联网优势,提出了一套线上线下相结合构建“气象实验动态教学资源库”的新思路和建设方案,为积极推进传统教学模式改革并改善农林高校中普遍存在的气象实验教学资源短缺的问题提供了一种实用可行的解决途径。By investigating the meteorological experiment teaching of non-meteorological specialty in agricultural and forestry universities,the author expounds the significance of constructing the dynamic resource database of meteorological experiment teaching in these universities.Combining with the experience in the reform of meteorological experiment teaching and the advantages of modern information technology and internet,a new construction scheme of"Dynamic Educational Resource Database of Meteorological Experiment Teaching"is put forward,which combines online with offline resources.This database will provide a practical and feasible way to actively promote the reform of traditional teaching mode and improve the shortage of meteorological experimental teaching resources in agricultural and forestry universities.
