简帛医书养生方法中的哲学思想探析

摘　　要：养生是简帛医书中的重要内容,也是研究早期方技思想最好的入口。简帛医书中的养生方法,以治气抟精为核心,以接阴食气为主要手段,以服用动植物食材为辅助,加上导引和睡眠,内外兼修。分析了简帛医书服食、行气、睡眠三种养生方法背后的哲学思想,认为这些方法都是以天人合一、取象比类的哲学思想为底色,取象比类更注重功能之“象”,天人合一是以“气”为连接桥梁。探讨简帛医书养生方法的哲学思想有助于纠正后世对养生的误解,有助于重新认识秦汉医学史和养生史,进而丰富秦汉思想史研究。Health preservation accounts for an important part of the silk medical books,and it is also the best source to study the ideas in the technology of medicine at the early stage.The methods of health preservation in the silk medical books are centered in treating qi and saving essence as well as view the reception of yin and qi as the main means,supplemented with the consumption of animal and plant ingredients,together with guidance and sleep,which can help human get refined internally and externally.The study analyzed the philosophical thoughts behind the three methods of health preservation in the silk medical books,namely,taking food,moving qi,and sleeping,and concluded that those methods were based on the philosophical thoughts of harmony between man and nature as well as the comparative state.The comparative state was focused on the function of the"image"while"qi"was viewed as the bridge in the thought of the harmony between man and nature.The exploration towards the philosophical thoughts of health preservation methods in the silk medical books can help to correct the misunderstanding on health preservation in later generations,reconceptualize the history of medicine and health preservation in the Qin and Han dynasties,and enrich the study of the history of thought in the Qin and Han dynasties.
