基于辅导员视角探讨高职院校学生厌学问题

摘　　要：当前高职院校的主要生源是普通高中毕业生、中职学校学生,学生年龄小、多为"00后",自控能力、学能力较差,易受外界环境影响,越来越多的学生因此而出现了心理问题,厌学现象尤其突出,为促进学生身心健康成长,高职院校辅导员在管理学生的同时,也应重视学生的教育和思想引领工作.本文以工作中学生厌学案例为引,对如何引导高职学生摒弃厌学心理进行探讨.The main students in vocational college are from ordinary high school graduates and secondary vocational school.The students are young, mostly born after 2000, with poor self-control and learning ability, easily affected by the external environment.? Therefore, more and more students have psychological problems, especially the phenomenon of learningweariness. In order to promote the body and mind healthy growth of students, college counselors in higher vocational colleges should pay attention to students’ learning and ideological education while managing students. This paper takes students’ learning-weariness as a case, discussing how to guide higher vocational students to get rid of learning-weariness.
