摘　　要：高职教师专业成长是高职教师职业发展的前提和保障,是提高高职教学质量和人才培养质量的必然要求.扩招不仅对高职教师专业成长提出了新要求,更进一步丰富和完善其成长的路径.面对扩招,高职教师专业成长是个系统工程,应科学应对.the teachers'professional growth of higher vocational education is the premise and guarantee of Teachers'Vocational development,and is the inevitable requirement of improving the quality of teaching and personal training.The expansion of enrollment of high vocational education not only puts forward new requirements for the professional growth of teachers ofhigher vocational education,but also further enriches and perfects the path of their growth.Facing the enrollment expansion,the professional growth of teachers of higher vocational education is a systematic project,which should be scientifically dealt with.
