摘　　要：目的探索并评价口腔技能训练及实时评价系统在口腔修复住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采用自愿报名的形式,选取上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院在职的口腔住院医师规培生30名,让其采用口腔技能训练及实时评估系统进行11烤瓷冠的牙体制备训练,以前后两次的训练得分情况评价该虚拟实时评估系统的应用效果。计量资料选择(x±s)表述,行配对t检验,并通过访谈了解规培生的使用满意度。结果通过两次应用该系统训练后,30名住院医师的11烤瓷冠的牙体制备过程分和结果分均有一定的提高,前后两次过程分分别为(45.76±22.25)分和(50.53±25.68)分,训练结果分分别为(62.64±11.92)分和(67.79±13.14)分,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。住院医师对口腔技能训练虚拟实时评估系统满意度良好。结论口腔技能训练及实时评估系统能够被住院医师很好地接受,反复训练可以帮助其提高口腔修复操作水平。Objective To explore and evaluate the applicability of dental skill training and real-time evaluation system in the training of dental residents of prosthodontics.MethodsThirty dental residents working at the Ninth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine who had signed up for this program were selected,who were asked to prepare 11 porcelain crowns by using the dental skill training and real-time evaluation system.The scores of the first two training sessions were used to assess the applicability of the virtual real-time evaluation system.The clinical training results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.The levels of satisfaction of these residents with this training approach were investigated via interviews.ResultsAfter two training sessions,the average scores of the process and outcome of tooth preparation of the 30 students were improved(P>0.05).These residents were quite satisfied with the Dcarer virtual real-time evaluation system for dental skill training.ConclusionThe dental skill training and realtime evaluation system can be well received by resident doctors.Repeated training can help them improve their repair expertise.
