摘  要:通过建立以"跨学科交叉融合教学"为主导的住院医师规范化培训公共课程,总结和思考公共课程对提高住院医师临床能力的价值。作者从课程设计、课程实施、教务管理、师资管理、可持续效果分析等方面,全面解析培训基地公共课程建设流程。公共课程以"临床技能模拟培训中心"为平台,多专业基地参与,打破学科和专业壁垒,以培养具备核心能力住院医师为目标,旨在培养住院医师的横向思维,达到住培宽基础、强基础的要求。This paper was intended to explore the applicability of common courses for standardized residency training that were dominated by the interdisciplinary fusion teaching approach. The process of establishing the common curricula for training bases was analyzed in terms of course design, curriculum implementation, administration of teaching, faculty management, and sustainable effect analysis.The reform of common curricula took the " clinical skill simulation training center" as the platform, involved training bases for various specialties, broke down the disciplinary barriers, and aimed at cultivating residents with core competence. The annual examination, the pass rate of the first doctor qualification examination, the national annual level test and the graduation examination were chosen as the objective evaluation indexes.
