摘　　要：论述了人工智能时代教育发展的前景及高等师范院校面临的挑战,指出高等师范院校存在缺乏统筹规划、教师智能化能力欠佳、师范生的核心素养欠缺等问题。提出高等师范院校需要做好规划论证,加大对教师智能化水平的考核和培训力度,完善师范生培养目标与课程设置,引导教师转变教学观念,重新定位自己的角色,敦促师范生积极顺应时代潮流,培养自身核心素养,以此促进人工智能时代人才培养,应对新时代的新挑战。This paper discusses the prospects for the development of education in the era of artificial intelligence and the challenges faced by normal universities.Through the research on the current situation of education,it finds out that higher normal universities lack overall planning,teachers'intelligent ability is not good enough,and lack of the core literacy of normal students.In order to meet the new challenges of the artificial intelligence era,it proposes the following specific measures:doing a good job of planning and demonstration,increasing the assessment and training of teachers'intelligence level,improving the training objectives and curriculum settings of normal students,guiding teachers to change their teaching concepts and reposition their roles,and urging students to develop their own core literacy,etc.
