摘　　要：文章概述了糖蜜的应用范围,综述了甘蔗糖蜜和甜菜糖蜜的主要活性物质及其生理活性,并对糖蜜活性物质的发展前景进行了展望。In this review,the application scope of molasses was summarized,and the main active substances and their physiological activities of sugarcane molasses and beet molasses were introduced.In addition,the development prospect of molasses active substances was prospected.
