摘　　要：通过扫描显微镜把生药学、药用植物学的标本制作成数字切片后,构建基于网络的Motic数字切片库,并将其应用于生药学、药用植物学的实验教学。数字切片库不仅能有效解决优质典型标本片源不足、保存成本高,难以同质化等弊端外,也有利于教师的备课及示教、学生的自主学习以及师生间的互动,极大地推动了生药学、药用植物学实验教学手段的发展和考试模式的改革。After the specimens of pharmacognosy and medicinal botany are made into digital slices by scanning microscope,a network-based Motic digital slice library is constructed and applied to the experimental teaching of pharmacognosy and medicinal botany.The digital slice library can not only effectively solve the shortcomings of high-quality typical specimens,such as insufficient film sources,high storage costs,and difficulty in homogenization,but also facilitate the preparation and teaching of teachers,students independent learning,and the interaction between teachers and students,which greatly promotes the development of experimental teaching methods of pharmacognosy and medicinal botany and the reform of examination mode.
