摘　　要：以河南省冷藏汽车运输业作为研究对象进行问卷调研,并采用PEST分析法对影响该行业发展的诸多因素进行探讨,总结出行业当下存在的问题:车辆回程空载率高、采购和运营成本高、温控技术不达标、环境污染严重、运输人才短缺等。最后提出相应改进建议,包括发展共同配送、实行融资倾斜、完善温控技术、推广新能源汽车、冷链班车运作、创新人才培养模式等。Taking the refrigerated automobile transportation industry in Henan Province as the research object, the questionnaire survey was carried out, and the PEST analysis method was used to explore the factors affecting the development of the industry. The current problems in the industry were summarized : high no-load rate of vehicle return, high procurement and operation cost, unqualified temperature control technology, serious environmental pollution, and shortage of transportation personnel. Finally, the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward, including the development of joint distribution, the implementation of financing tilt, the improvement of temperature control technology, the promotion of new energy vehicles, the operation of cold chain trains, and the renewal of talent training mode.
