“双创”背景下新生代农民工职教培训路径研究--以车辆工程系为例

摘　　要：在“大众创业,万众创新”的新时代浪潮之下,高职院校对新生代农民工实施职教培训是其良性发展之需,也是国家长治久安之策。在对新生代农民工概念界定和相关职教培训政策梳理的基础上,分析了甘肃畜牧工程职业技术学院车辆工程系关于新生代农民工职教培训现状和面临的问题,并在“双创”背景之下探索性地提出了通过优化师资队伍、完善教学内容、更新仪器设备、改变授课方式、创新培训模式等方式在提升新生代农民工专业技能和学历背景的同时培养具有“双创”品质的优秀人才。Under the new era tide of"mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation",vocational colleges'vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers is the need of its healthy development and the policy of the country's long-term stability.Based on the definition of the concept of the new generation of migrant workers and the relevant vocational training policies,this study expounds the current situation and problems of the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in the vehicle engineering department of Gansu Animal Husbandry Engineering Vocational and technical college,under the background of"Double Innovation".The professional skills and educational background of the new generation of migrant workers should be improved by optimizing the teaching staff,perfecting the teaching contents,renewing the instruments and equipment,changing the teaching methods and innovating the training mode.At the same time,the excellent talents with"double innovation"quality can be cultivated.
