摘  要:辅导员话语体系是高等院校开展大学生教育、管理与服务工作的实施途径与交流工具,具有独特性、时代性、时效性和情感性等特征。将主体间性这一哲学范式引入辅导员话语体系建设之中,突破了传统主体哲学将"他人"排斥在"我"之外的局限性,能够帮助高校辅导员重新审视自己的角色定位,有助于化解工作过程中辅导员与学生产生的矛盾冲突并建立信任关系,提高大学生自觉接受教育管理的主观能动性,进而增强高校各项学生工作的实效,同时也有助于培养大学生的健全人格、提高辅导员的综合素养、建设和谐校园。The discourse system of counselors is the way and communication tool to implement the education,management and service of college students.It has the characteristics of uniqueness,epochal,timeliness and emotion.The introduction of the philosophical paradigm of intersubjectivity into the construction of counselors’discourse system has changed the limitation of excluding“others”from“I”in the traditional philosophy of subjectivity.It can help college counselors to re-examine their role positioning,help to resolve the contradictions and conflicts with students in the process of work,establish trust relationship,improve the subjective initiative of college students to accept education management consciously,and then enhance the effectiveness of various student work in colleges and universities,and also help to cultivate the sound personality of college students,improve the comprehensive quality of counselors,and create a harmonious campus.
