摘　　要：现阶段,生物技术是玉米深加工、玉米新产品开发和市场开拓的基础。本文综述了现阶段玉米淀粉制糖工艺的研究进展,并对玉米淀粉制糖工艺及设备的改进进行了重点探讨,以期为玉米淀粉制糖工艺的发展提供参考。At this stage,biotechnology is the foundation for corn deep processing,new corn product development and market development.This article reviews the current research progress of corn starch sugar production technology,and focuses on the improvement of corn starch sugar production technology and equipment,hoping to provide a reference for the development of corn starch sugar production technology.
