摘 要:为了解大学新生的整体营养水平,通过问卷调查法对漯河职业技术学院部分在校大学新生进行膳食营养调查。调查结果表明,大学新生的营养状况整体较好,学生有较高的健康饮食意识和良好的饮食习惯,但普遍缺乏营养知识。建议对大学新生加强营养知识的宣传教育,培养大学新生良好的行为习惯,引导大学新生正确认识自身的健康状况。In order to understand the overall nutritional level of freshmen,some freshmen in Luohe Vocational and Technical College were surveyed on diet and nutrition through questionnaires.The results of the survey showed that the overall nutritional status of the freshmen in the university is relatively good,and the students have a higher awareness of healthy eating and good eating habits,but generally lack nutrition knowledge.It is recommended to strengthen the publicity and education of nutrition knowledge for freshmen,cultivate good behaviour for freshmen,and guide freshmen to correctly understand their own health conditions.
