摘 要:目的探讨案例教学法(CBL)在留学生皮肤科临床见习带教中的应用效果。方法选取西安交通大学医学部2015级留学生共68名,根据见习安排将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各34名。2020年2月—3月留学生皮肤科临床见习带教中,对照组采用传统见习带教模式,而实验组采用案例教学模式。根据最终的理论考核成绩及问卷调查结果将两种教学模式的教学效果进行比较。结果实验组平均理论成绩及优良率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组学生对教学效果的主观评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在留学生皮肤科临床见习带教中,CBL教学法能够在一定程度上提高临床教学效果,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)in clinical probation teaching of dermatology for overseas students.Methods A total of 68 overseas students from the Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Science Center in 2015 grade were selected and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the internship arrangement,with 34 students in each group.In the clinical probation teaching of dermatology department of overseas students from February to March 2020,the traditional probation teaching mode was adopted in the control group,while the case-based learning mode was adopted in the experimental group.According to the results of the final theoretical assessment and questionnaire survey,the teaching effects of the two teaching modes were compared.Results The average theoretical score and excellent and good rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The subjective evaluation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical probation teaching of dermatology for overseas students,CBL teaching method can improve the clinical teaching effect to a certain extent,and is worthy of further promotion.
