高职扩招背景下退役士兵现代学徒制的培养模式研究

摘　　要：经过2019年高职的扩招,退役士兵已经成为高职院校学生中的重要群体。就高职院校如何培养“退役士兵”学生的问题,本研究提出,根据退役士兵的特点与需求,按照职业教育现代学徒制的人才培养模式,加强高职院校、退役军人事务部门、企业的深度合作,建立退役士兵现代学徒班,实行高职院校、退役军人事务部门、企业联合培养模式。After expanding enrollment in 2019,retired soldiers have become an important part of students in higher vocational colleges.In view of how to train the students of“retired soldiers”in higher vocational colleges,the article puts forward that,according to the characteristics and needs of retired soldiers,and the training mode of modern apprenticeship in vocational education,we should strengthen the deep cooperation among colleges,Ministry of Veterans Affairs and enterprises,modern apprentice classes for retired soldiers should be established,and“three main bodies”should be jointly trained to improve the quality of training.
