摘 要:目的探讨CBL(case-based learning)与PBL(problem-based learning)联合教学法在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法选择90名医学本科生作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组均45名。观察组采用CBL联合PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组学生的教学效果。结果观察组学生在期末考试主观题得分(46.93±2.45)分明显高于对照组学生(40.89±4.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,观察组认为本组老师所采用教学方法在提高学习效率、开阔知识面以及团队合作方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合PBL教学模式应用妇产科教学中,可提高教学质量,取得满意的教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of combined teaching method of PBL and CBL in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods 90 undergrade students were selected as the research objects who were divided into the observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to random digital table method.The observation group was taught by combined teaching method of CBL and PBL,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The subjective questions score of the observation group was(46.93±2.45)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(40.89±4.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the student questionnaire survey,the observation group was higher than the control group in knowledge broadening,learning efficiency improving,and collective cooperation ability improving and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching mode applied to obstetrics and gynecology teaching can effectively improve teaching quality and achieve satisfactory teaching results.
