摘 要:针对某型动车组在线运行时出现车体异常抖动问题进行调查,通过普查测试和仿真分析发现车体抖动的根本原因来源于轮轨匹配接触不良。当车轮处于磨耗后期,在较差线路运行时轮轨接触关系恶劣,转向架蛇行运动产生较大轮轨横向力,二系悬挂未能有效衰减这部分能量,致使振动传递至车体,引起车体产生同频率抖动现象。该问题的表象为车体抖动,但其根本问题是车辆稳定性问题。仿真分析表明,优化抗蛇行减振器能够满足磨耗轮状态下车辆运行稳定性和平稳性要求,避免出现车体抖动问题。线路试验表明,新参数抗蛇行减振器不会对车轮磨耗产生不利影响。采用新参数抗蛇行减振器能够在车轮磨耗后期显著提高车辆运行稳定性和平稳性,确保车辆安全运营,进一步验证了仿真优化结果。The root cause of the abnormal carbody vibration during the operation of a certain type high speed EMU train,found by vibration test and simulation analysis,came from poor wheel-rail contact.At the end of the wheel wear cycle,the bogie hunting produces larger wheel-rail lateral force when the line is poor.The secondary suspension fails to attenuate the energy effectively,causing the transmission of the vibration to the carbody,resulting in the vibration at the same frequency.Although the carbody vibration is a kind of superficial phenomenon,the fundamental problem is the vehicle stability.The simulation analysis shows that the new yaw damper can improve the stability and ride quality of the high speed EMU trains and avoid the problem of carbody vibration.The viberation test,which verified the simulation results,shows that the new yaw damper does not have any negative impact on the wheel wear.The high speed EMU trains with new yaw damper have higher stability and ride quality during the later stage of wheel wear.
