摘 要:中职院校作为培养技能型人才的摇篮,必然要加入建设“双师型”教师队伍的行列。但是中职院校“双师型”教师队伍出现了专业课教师与文化课教师占比非常不平衡的现象。在对文化课“双师型”教师认定的初衷、理想与现实的差距进行分析之后,从政策、认定办法、激励机制以及培训四个方面提出改善建议,为文化课教师向“双师型”教师的发展提供新方向。As the cradle of training skilled talents,secondary vocational colleges are bound to join the ranks of"double qualified"teachers.However,the proportion of professional teachers and cultural teachers in secondary vocational colleges is very unbalanced.After analyzing the original intention,the gap between ideal and reality,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement from four aspects of policy,identification method,incentive mechanism and training,so as to provide a new direction for the development of cultural teachers to"double qualified"teachers.
