摘 要:豆渣是加工大豆制品的副产品,具有丰富的营养价值。试验以豆渣为主要原料,通过对混菌菌株(酿酒酵母、黑曲霉和产朊假丝酵母)发酵的初始含水量、pH值、氮源以及辅料这些因素的研究,探讨混菌发酵豆渣生产菌体蛋白饲料的最佳培养料生产条件。结果表明,最佳的培养料生产条件为:豆渣.麸皮.醋糟=8.1.1,初始含水量为60%,pH值为4.5,含氮量为2%,硫酸铵与尿素的比例(N/N)为2.1。The soybean residue is the by-product of soybean products processing,which has abundant nutritional value.This paper was studied on soybean waste with Candida Utilis,Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by mixed culture solid-state fermentation.Effects of four variable factors:initial water content,pH,nitrogen source and sccessories.It had been showed that the optimizing medium of soybean residue,wheat bran and vinegar waste was 8:1:1,the best initial water content was 60%,pH was 4.5,the most suitable nitrogen content was 2% and the best ratio of ammonium and urea(N/N) was 2:1 by mixed culture solid-state fermentation.
