摘  要:针对藏族专项计划化学专业本科生的生源特点和培养过程中出现的各种问题,以提升专项生从教能力为研究目标,在教学实践基础上提出了相应的建议.加强爱国情怀教育、科学合理的课程结构、重视学生实验能力、提升学生从教技能等是培养专项生教师专业素养、提高教育教学能力和缩短职前适应期的有效途径,为少数民族地区教师队伍建设及素质教育的顺利开展提供有力保障.In view of the characteristics of the source of students and the problems in the process of cultivation of the undergraduates majoring in chemistry in the"Tibetan Special Program",this paper aims at improving the teaching ability of the special students,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions on the basis of teaching practice:strengthening patriotic education and constructing scientific and reasonable curriculum structure,paying attention to students'experimental ability,improving students'teaching skills and so on.This is an effective way to cultivate teachers'professional quality,improve their teaching ability and shorten the pre-service adaptation period,which provides a strong guarantee for the construction of teachers'team and the development of quality education in minority areas.
