摘　　要：为适应创新型国家建设的人才需求,应用型创新人才培养已成为教育领域人才供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。实践创新能力作为应用型创新人才培养体系的核心组成部分,需要在信息技术的支持下探索新的教学模式。以自主学习和创新能力培养为目标,构建以微课为基础,团队协同学习为核心的“微课+TBL”地学综合实验教学模式,较好地提升了学生探索精神及团队协作能力,为地方高校应用型创新人才培养从理论走向实践提供了借鉴。Cultivating applied innovation talents has become an important part of the structural reform of the supply side of talents in the field of education in order to meet the demand for talents in the construction of an innovative country.As the core component of the training system of applied innovation talents,practical innovation ability needs to explore new teaching modes with the support of information technology.With independent learning and innovation ability cultivation as the goal,the"micro-class+TBL"comprehensive experimental teaching mode of geography is built on the basis of micro-classes and teamwork learning as the core,which better enhances students'exploration spirit and teamwork ability and provides reference for local universities to cultivate applied innovation talents from theory to practice.
