摘　　要：为了更好地践行立德树人的社会主义教育观,文章以PN结二极管教学内容为例,探讨了在本部分教学过程中如何挖掘课程思政元素,主要包括:科技强国的责任感培养、矛盾多样性的认识与应用、量变质变规律、创业激励、大国工匠精神五个方面。In order to better practice the concept of socialist education of fostering character and civic virtue,this paper takes the teaching content of PN Diode and discusses how to excavate the ideological and political elements in this part of teaching,mainly including five aspects:the cultivation of the sense of responsibility of the powerful country in science and technology,the understanding and application of the diversity of contradictions,the law of quantity deterioration and change,the incentive of starting a business,and the spirit of craftsman in a big country.
