摘　　要：结合后疫情时代下高校思想政治教育模式的发展方向,针对食品专业的教育教学特点和专业特色,分析传统思政教育中的不足之处,提出关键解决措施,建立思政体系、创新思政课堂、深掘思政元素,以探索后疫情时代下食品科学专业的新型思政教育路径为方向,努力构建适应时代发展变化的新型思政教育模式。This paper expounds the development direction of the ideological and political education mode in universities in the post-epidemic era. According to the educational characteristics of food specialty, it explores the new ideological and political education path in the post-epidemic era and tries to build a new ideological and political education mode that adapts to the development and changes of the times.
