摘　　要：目标岗位是每个专业人才培养的主要方向指标,但目标岗位的调研存在着采样数据小、无法规模化等问题。本文利用大数据技术,先对调研内容进行规划,进而得到客观完整的调研模型,然后利用大数据爬虫技术获得岗位数据、对数据进行清洗、建立岗位信息库、对数据进行挖掘分析,最终得到专业的目标岗位。The target position is the main direction target of each professional personnel training, but there are some problems in the research of target position, such as small sampling data, no regulation modeling and so on. It is used big data technology to plan the research content first, and then get an objective and complete research model. The big data technology is used to plan the research content first, and then get an objective and complete research model. The big data crawler technology is used to get the job data,clean the data, establish the job information database, mine and analyze the data. Finally, the professional target position is gained.
