摘  要:新媒体的迅速普及改变了大众获取信息的方式,部分媒体在利益的驱使下也改变了撰写新闻的方式。在这样的环境下,教师群体必须在品质德行与教育能力两方面严格自我要求:一方面,教师要符合于新媒体时代信息传播方式的改变,提升自身的专业能力,退而居其后既不符合时代的要求也有悖于为人师表的精神气度;另一方面,教师必须更加严格地要求自身的德性言行,这是应对媒体偶发不良影响时最根本的措施。新媒体环境下,教师教学伦理应保证教师将治学与师德紧密结合在一起,教师自身在延伸多元治学方式的同时严格规范自身的道德素养。The rapid popularization of new media in China has not only changed the way of public access to information,but also changed the way of writing news under the trend of interest,what resulting in a bad impact.In such an abnormal condition,teachers must be strict with themselves in two aspects,they are moral virtue and teaching ability.On the one hand,teachers should conform to the changes in the way of information dissemination in the new media era,improve their professional ability.Remain stagnant is not in line with the requirements of the times and also against the spirit of being a teacher.On the other hand,teachers must be more strict with their own behavior and expression,they are the fundamental measures to deal with the occasional adverse effects of the media.Under the new media environment,teaching ethics of teachers should ensure that teachers closely combine the teaching ability and morality.And the key is Teachers strict with themselves in moral standards while extending multiple ways of teaching.
